Returns 
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all items included (hard case, soft case, and cloth.)

To start the return process, please provide us with your order number through the 'contact us' page. 

Items not eligible for return:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing pieces that were included in the original purchase, will not be accepted. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days, will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If items are in acceptable condition, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If your items are not in acceptable condition, we will notify you via email why the refund was rejected.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us at support@shopjohnscott.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
